Returning the goods
The return of products purchased by our customers is carried out in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
You can return or exchange the product within 14 business days from the receipt of the product. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
To return products, please contact us by email at info@autokilimeliaionline.lt, attach proof of purchase or provide the order number, and fill out the return form, which you can find HERE
- The product must not have been worn or otherwise used;
- The product must not have lost its marketable appearance (if it had a seal provided by the Assay Office, it must still have it, labels must not be damaged in any way, protective films must not be removed, the surface must not be scratched, components or other elements must not be changed, etc.). This point does not apply in the case of returning a defective product. Changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging that were necessary to inspect the product cannot be considered essential changes in the appearance of the product;
- The product must be in its original manufacturer's packaging (if there was one).
Important: When returning or exchanging a product, shipping costs are not reimbursed, except in cases where you are returning or exchanging the product due to our fault.
Upon receiving the returned or exchanged product, we undertake to evaluate within 14 business days whether the product met the return/exchange criteria and to replace the product with another or refund the money paid for it.
